Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) tell you how energy efficient a building is by providing an energy rating from A-G (with A being the most efficient and G being the least). The better the rating, the more energy-efficient the home is and the lower the fuel costs are likely to be.

After carrying out a home survey (approximately 1 hour), the EPC will make recommendations for home improvements that will help reduce your running costs and your home's impact on the environment, e.g., switching to more energy-efficient lightbulbs.

The practice holds accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with Elmhurst Energy in the UK.
