5. Reports and reliance

No third party may rely on any report or advice without prior written consent. Any unauthorised reliance is at their own risk.

6. Regulatory and accreditation limitations

Where services relate to EPCs, SAP, SBEM, or other regulated assessments, outputs are produced using government approved methodologies and software. We do not guarantee that results will meet specific targets unless agreed in writing.
Changes in legislation, methodology, or interpretation by authorities may affect outcomes. We accept no liability for such changes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3CO Limited excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business, or opportunity.
Our total liability arising from any service shall be limited to the fees paid for that specific service and shall not exceed the level of professional indemnity insurance in place at the time the claim arises.
We accept no liability for decisions taken by clients or third parties based on our reports or advice.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any matter which cannot be excluded by law.
